House Manager Job Description
Staff responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and working with residents to ensure their safety and security
- Managing chore and community service activities during shifts
- Conducting phone interviews for potential residents
- Monitoring onsite visitors and donation drop-offs
- Ensuring the wellbeing and addressing the needs of residents
- Serving as a positive and encouraging role model to residents
Job Details:
- Type:
Part-time - Wage: $18.00 per hour
- Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Weekend shifts
- Monday to Friday, with day and night shifts
- On-call as needed
Prior experience in house management is a plus.
