Speech & Language Pathologist

We are seeking a part-time Speech and Language Pathologist to support students aged 5-22 with severe behavioral and developmental needs.

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, and feeding disorders through evaluations and tailored therapy plans.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to promote communication skills and support behavior interventions.
• Provide staff training on communication strategies and AAC systems, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Support crisis situations by implementing effective communication techniques and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure, and experience with behavioral and developmental disabilities. Preferred skills include ABA, AAC devices, and multicultural experience.
