Are you passionate about helping others, love a good high‑five, and find joy in turning everyday moments into learning opportunities? Beachmont Behavioral Health (BBH) is on the lookout for AWESOME Behavior Technicians to bring their pressed, empathy, and enthusiasm to our one‑on‑one ABA therapy sessions with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
You’ll be part of a supportive team (hello, BCBAs and BAAs!) that’s all about making a real difference one skill, one smile, one success at a time.
What You’ll Be Doing- Dive into hands‑on training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)—training we’ve got you covered!
- Deliver fun, meaningful ABA therapy in homes, schools, and out in the community. There will be some play too!
- Team up with BCBAs and BAAs to bring each client’s custom treatment plan to life.
- Be open to feedback and grow your skills like a pro.
- Collect data like a behavior detective and tweak strategies as needed.
- Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills—with plenty of encouragement along the way. 요소 Supporting and cheer. parents and caregivers too.
- A high school diploma (bonus points if you have a bachelor’s!).
- Already an RBT? Amazing! Not yet? No worries. Wanna give it a shot? We got you covered!!
- Already been through a 40‑hour training and have 1+ years experience? We'll fast track you through the process and get you working!!
- Great communication skills and a team‑player vibe.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities? That’s a plus!
- $22– proporcion per hour.
- In‑between travel and mileage paid.
- Paid training.

- Prioritizes trauma‑informed care.
- Implements behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans directed by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect(Chat and records data during sessions accurately and promptly.
- Provides clear and respectful communication with caregivers, clients, and supervisory staff.
- Participates in training, supervision meetings, and performance feedback sessions.
- Maintains professional boundaries and confidentiality per HIPAA and company policy.
- Supports safety and dignity of each client throughout service delivery.
This position does not supervise others. Participation in regular team meetings and receive 1:1 supervision is required.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background check and TB test.
- Be available 2:30–8:30 PM Mon‑Fri and optionally 9 AM–1 PM Saturdays.
- Prior experience with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.
- Experience with ABA services preferred but not required.
- Some college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
- BA degree would be a huge plus!!!
