Overview
OXNARD, CA – Occupational Therapist – Full Time
Join our IN-HOUSE Team in Oxnard as a dedicated Occupational Therapist at Shoreline Care Center. We offer a stable and collaborative in-house therapy team serving geriatric clients in their recovery journey.

Shoreline Care Center – Oxnard, CA
Occupational Therapist – Full Time
Pay: $50 - $60/hour based on experience
Sign-on Bonus: $10,000

- Screen/evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders and develop an appropriate plan of care following regulatory and clinical practice standards.
- Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
- Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
- Administer various rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive/assistive devices.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
- Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services based on patient evaluation and referrals.
- Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers related to physical disorders.
- Communicate effectively with supervisor and health team members regarding patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans.
- Provide comprehensive discharge summaries per regulatory and clinical requirements.
Licensed Occupational Therapist. Open to applicants of all experience levels.
