Additionally, our therapy dog, Lucy, adds a playful and comforting presence to sessions, enhancing children's participation and enjoyment.

This is a full-time, on-site Pediatric Physical Therapist role based in Oxnard, CA. The professional will deliver personalized therapeutic services to address the physical development needs of children with special needs. Responsibilities include assessing patients, creating individualized treatment plans, performing therapy sessions, and collaborating with families to support developmental goals in both clinical and home settings. Documenting progress, providing family education, and creating a positive, engaging environment for therapeutic play are essential components of the role.

• Expertise in Physical Therapy and Pediatric Physical Therapy
• Knowledge of Pediatrics and Rehabilitation
• Strong understanding of child development and familiarity with working with children with special needs
• Ability to collaborate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist and any other necessary certifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a pediatric setting is preferred
