Key Responsibilities Provide daily loan support through various communication channels for underwriting and loan scenario questions Review and analyze complex income documentation and underwriting scenarios, suggesting alternate options as needed Create technical documentation and assist in training staff on loan eligibility and lending guidelines
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience 4+ years of mortgage underwriting experience, preferably with multiple agency and investor guidelines Government underwriting experience with designations (FHA and VA) is preferred Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred Maintain essential underwriting knowledge and all relevant designations
