The Card Services Specialist I is responsible for supporting debit and credit card operations, ensuring smooth daily processes, accurate reporting, and exceptional member service. This role plays a key part in maintaining card programs, resolving member issues, and assisting with fraud prevention and dispute processing.

• Support member card services with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain debit/credit card accounts, process transactions, and manage daily reports
• Assist with fraud alerts, disputes, and chargebacks
• Handle card orders, PIN requests, replacements, and account maintenance
• Review statements, settlement reports, and card network exceptions
• Collaborate with vendors and stay current on card policy and regulatory updates
• Provide excellent communication and problem-solving across all member interactions

• 1–3 years of banking or credit union experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze information, troubleshoot, and make sound decisions
• Solid communication skills—both written and verbal
• Proficiency with computer applications and card‑related systems
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
• Office‑based role with light physical activity
