Base pay range$45.00/hr - $45.00/hr
Oxnard School District
ISP teacher shall receive assignments related to intervention from the assigned classroom teacher(s). ISP teacher shall be supervised and evaluated by the school site principal or designated learning director. The ISP teacher will be paid the Oxnard Educators Association (OEA) hourly rate of $45 an hour and will be a member of OEA. The ISP position will be less than 20 hours per week and will not exceed 75% of the school year, or 135 days;
ISP positions will be temporary one-year positions for the school year only.
Employment Standards:

Intervention Support Providers are credentialed teachers who provide intervention to groups of students as directed by the classroom teacher/school. They are assigned to a specific school and have a consistent weekly schedule that does not exceed 19.75 hours weekly. This is a wonderful opportunity for a newly credentialed teacher to gain experience or for a credentialed teacher who does not want to work full time.
Each school site has different hours and assignments. Placements will be made based on the needs of the specific school sites.
