This position involves greeting guests professionally, organizing the office, ensuring supplies are in stock, managing filing and faxing documents, responding to emails, and setting appointments.
Responsibilities- Greet guests professionally and provide information on service offerings.
- Organize and maintain the office environment.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Manage filing and faxing of documents efficiently.
- Respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Schedule and manage appointments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to provide professional customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience (0-2 years preferred).
- Experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and front desk operations.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity within an office setting for a real estate company. The office is located at the Collections in Oxnard, and the working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role offers room for growth, particularly for those interested in real estate.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oxnard, CA.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
