JOB SUMMARY:
The Accounts Receivable Clerk will manage customer accounts including posting payments, researching discrepancies, and reviewing aging reports. They will be responsible for posting daily bank deposits and all cc payments, matching sales orders and invoices, filing, and archiving invoices.
Pay: $25 - $27 per hour

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Sort invoices and match with purchase orders and receivers. Obtain approvals for any invoices without a purchase order that is not a recurring expense. Check prices, quantities and footings of invoices.
• Code invoices with proper general ledger number and voucher. Review voucher register against invoices to verify all data is input correctly.
• Add new vendors and update vendor information as needed. Obtain W-9s for all new vendors.
• Take all vendor Emails and record any pertinent information on the aging.
• Research any discrepancies between our balance and vendor statements.
• Prepare the weekly check run, match open invoices with the checks and give to the CFO. File the paid invoices.
• Reconcile unvouchered purchase order receipts on a monthly basis.
• Run an aging report on a weekly basis.
• Maintain all open and paid accounts payable files.
• Assist in processing special prints.
• Assist co-workers as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have experience in accounts receivables, accounts payable, invoicing, credit and collections.
• Experience with large retailers and web orders, a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Computer experience including Excel and MS Word.
