Delivery Driver – Oxford – Ocado Logistics

As a Delivery Driver you will be out on the road whatever the weather, providing reliable delivery service across your area and ensuring customers receive their orders with care and on schedule. You will use our automated technology to pre‑plan routes and pre‑load the van, and you will work evenings, weekends and weekdays to meet varying delivery times.

You don’t need any previous delivery experience – just bring yourself and a positive attitude. The following driving licence requirements must be met:

• Full UK or EU driving licence
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months desirable)
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years

Some deliveries involve alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply. Good communication skills are also essential for this customer‑facing role.

Contract type: Permanent
Contract hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
Required days: any 5 days out of 7 working 8‑hour shifts (details provided on pre‑boarding)
Shift times: AM & PM shifts – start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 24:00; rota available up to 13 weeks in advance
Pay structure: Lunar paid – monthly schedule, paid every 4 weeks

• Basic rate Monday–Saturday: £12.78
• Evening premium (after 18:00): £1.12
• Sunday day premium: £1.28
• Sunday evening premium: £2.51
• Overtime Monday–Saturday (day shift): £15.98
• Overtime Monday–Saturday (evening shift): £17.38
