Wellbeing Deputy Manager:
Primary Care Service

Hours:

30 hours per week

Salary: £28,434 - £30,602 (pro-rata - salary dependent on skills, experience and knowledge)

Contract:

Permanent

Base:
Osney Mead – 1 day a week in Osney, 2 days from home or Osney and 1 day from KIWY PCN (Kidlington, Islip, Woodstock and Yarnton)

Requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of mental health issues, and the needs of people living with mental health problems
  • Knowledge of good practice in safeguarding Children and Adults
  • Experience of leading or supervising others
  • Experience of managing risk
  • Experience of working in a demanding environment
  • Experience of working as part of a team and communicating effectively
  • Experience of working with individuals, enabling them to identify their own goals to support personal wellbeing and recovery, and helping them to pursue these
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
  • Self-awareness and ability to reflect and learn from own experiences and those of others
  • Effective organisational, planning, administrative and IT skills
  • Demonstrating professional approach and boundaries in all situations
  • Knowledge/Understanding of our values
