Part Time FM Coordinator – Campsfield IRC

Join a Mitie FM Team at Campsfield IRC, Oxford. The role involves providing customer service via phone, email, and walk‑in queries, logging into a database, and managing the flow of service requests.

• Answer emails, phone calls, and walk‑in queries while logging jobs.
• Send quotes to clients for approval and inform engineers of daily workloads.
• Produce reprographics and printing requests for on‑site training.
• Maintain helpdesk data, monitor SLA performance, and manage workloads under pressure.
• Ensure compliance with Mitie’s policies, processes, and procedures.
• Manage contractual obligations and fulfill client agreements.

• Strong computer skills, customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Good planning and organisational skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.

• Must be a British Citizen, EU citizen with settled status, or have an ILR from a Commonwealth country.
• Bankruptcy history, CCJs, social media activity and criminal convictions will be checked as part of the vetting process.
• Must have lived in the UK for the past three years with no significant footprint outside of the UK other than for normal holidays.
• Eligible for CTC clearance.
• Hold a valid British passport or EU passport with a share code; have lived and worked in the UK for at least three years, with no extended overseas trips.
• Applicants must have no criminal convictions and must not be subject to any ongoing police investigations.
