Electrical Supervisor

Clements Young are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor, for an Energy Centre project in Oxford. Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will take the lead overseeing electrical installation teams and ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards.

This is a split role — approximately 50% hands‑on installation working alongside operatives on site and managing them and 50% supervisory paperwork including RAMS, permits, progress reports, and site documentation. You will be responsible for coordinating a team of 12 electricians, keeping them on programme, safe, and productive. It suits a supervisor who is equally comfortable with tools in hand as they are at a desk, and who has the organisational skills to manage operatives effectively.

• Gold JIB Card (essential)
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Proven experience supervising electrical installations on similar projects
• Strong understanding of health & safety compliance

• £320‑£330 day rate
• 9/9.5 hour days per day
