Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Oxford Salary:
Up to £41,900

The role:

A Facilities Management company seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a static commercial site near Oxford. The position runs Monday to Friday and focuses on performing PPMs and reactive works on all main electrical plant and equipment, managing site compliance, overseeing CAFM/logbook systems, and supervising subcontractors. Inclusion in a call‑out rota is required.

• Perform PPMs and reactive works on all main electrical plant and equipment.
• Manage site compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
• Oversee CAFM/logbook systems.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate call‑out rota participation.

• Fully electrically qualified (NVQ L3 or equivalent with AM2).
• Knowledge of 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations.
• 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification is highly desirable.
• Experience in commercial/occupied office environments.
• Must be able to obtain a DBS check.
