AC Installation Engineer – Oxford – 45 - 50K – APPLY TODAY

I am currently representing an excellent medium‑sized M&E provider who need an AC installation team to join a growing team. The ideal candidate would be based along the M4, M3 or M40 corridor.

They have been successfully operating for over 20 years, providing high‑end commercial installation projects for a big list of high‑end clients including offices, forensic science labs and so on. The AC install team currently stands at six and, due to growth, needs another engineer to join the team. The client is also happy to look at junior / intermediate level engineers looking to gain more experience in AC installation work.

• AC installation engineer working across VRVs, VRFs, splits, multi‑splits, twin splits, ventilation, AHUs and ductwork.
• Area of cover includes Oxford and the South, with many projects on the M4 corridor to Bristol, M3 to Southampton and occasional London projects.
• Multi‑skilled engineers are desirable (e.g., plumbing qualifications) as they offer full mechanical install packages.
• Participation in a call‑out rota (1 in
  6) – rare and frequent calls, overtime paid at 2.5× with a minimum of 4 hours.

• 45 – 46K for AC‑biased engineers
• 48 – 50K+ for multi‑skilled engineers
• Company van & fuel card – private use
• 7.30 – 4, Monday to Friday
• Vehicle and fuel card – private use available
• Some overtime available in week at enhanced rates
• Travel paid from the first site each morning – travel home is on an allocation depending on distance from home to the last site.
• Starting 20 days holiday + bank – one day a year added for each year of service up to 25.
