Salary: £26,500 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Full-time | 40 hours per week, Mon to Fri | Company van, tools & uniform provided

• Learn to repair washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and electric cookers
• Visit customers' homes to diagnose and carry out repairs safely and efficiently
• Use mechanical or electrical skills to troubleshoot and resolve problems
• Record jobs and manage information using our engineer software
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs clearly
• Continuously develop technical skills with structured training

• Mechanical or electrical mindset – comfortable using hand tools
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Confidence to work independently in customers' homes
• Clear communication skills and professional approach
• Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn

• Salary: £26,500 per annum
