Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Install domestic ventilation systems in social housing and private properties (full training provided)
- Inspect, service, and replace ventilation units to ensure optimal performance and compliance
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally on every visit
- Maintain stock levels and ensure all tools, equipment, and vehicles are kept in good condition
- Complete documentation including fit sheets, photos, and electrical certification for every job
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times, using supplied risk assessments and method statements
- Communicate effectively with the scheduling team to ensure timely completion of all work
- Competent in electrical installation and maintenance work
- Experience or interest in domestic ventilation systems advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations qualification
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 and Diploma in Electrical Installation or equivalent experience
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused attitude
- Basic IT skills for digital reporting and documentation
- Flexible, proactive, and professional approach to work
- Full UK driving licence and happy to work in a field based position
