We want you to be a part of our journey as a Sales Executive at our Hyundai/Mazda Dealership in Oxford.
Basic Salary of £20,000 with a realistic OTE of £45,000

- Help us achieve targets by supporting customers to buy a new or used car.
- Work individually and as part of a team to keep potential and existing customers up to date by sending videos and checking in with any updates.
- Take pride in their ability to maximise sales and profit opportunities whilst delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Be focused on achieving goals; you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be recognised as a self-motivated team player and target achiever.
- Hold a minimum of 12 months in a successful track record in a customer-facing, target-driven sales environment.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
- 31 days paid annual leave, increasing to 33 with longevity of service.
