  • Prospecting and developing new and existing customer relationships within the fusion sector and its supply chain.
  • Leading strategic account management and growth with fusion accounts including UKAEA, UKIFS / STEP, private fusion clients, and other key supply chain companies or national labs.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, solution mapping, demo coordination, proposal, and close.
  • Working closely with Business Development, Forward Deployed Engineers/Physicists, the Product team, and theLab to create commercial proposals aligned on customer objectives and technical fit, ensuring revenue through license and service agreements.
  • Understanding complex technical environments and communicating the value of our AI platform and services in those contexts.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships with technical and non‑technical buyers (e.g. C‑Suite, Heads of department, Technical leaders / managers).
  • Providing accurate forecasting and maintaining up‑to‑date records in the CRM.
  • Staying up‑to‑date with sector developments including competitors, trends, technologies, and policy.
  • Representing digi

Lab at industry events through speaking engagements and networking.
Duties may evolve

  • A desire to master new areas such as data science, machine learning, and uncertainty quantification.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical ideas to a range of stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset – able to recognise opportunities and analyse potential for commercial growth.
  • Strong interest in business and partnerships, with a desire to shape product and technology direction.
Nice to haves
