Our combined UK team of 100+ people continues to deliver double‑digit growth with the ambition of becoming the UK market leader. To support this expansion, we are now recruiting a Specification Sales Manager - Oxfordshire/ Buckinghamshire (postcodes: OX, NN, MK, HP, SL).

• Meet decision makers and influencers to specify DELABIE/KWC Professional/DVS products in public and commercial buildings, hospitals, and major construction projects.
• Engage directly with building owners, architects, M&E engineers, installers, and local authorities.
• Track key construction projects throughout all phases — design to handover.
• Build customer loyalty and energise your professional distributor network.
• Deliver product training to clients and specifiers.
• Strategically plan and organise visits across your territory.
• Drive revenue and develop market share within your area.

• Face‑to‑face interviews at our UK HQ in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, on February 19th or 20th; followed by a final interview via Teams on February 26th or 27th.

• Customer‑driven with an interest in technical products.
• Autonomous, ambitious, and organised.
• External field sales experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Valid passport (for international training).
