This is an exciting entry-level opportunity with clear progression into a Student Consultant role. Why Join Us? Competitive salary of £25,500 base plus £10,000 on target bonus (OTE £35,500), equating to approximately £490 per week plus bonus. Increases in commission very achievable Average annual earnings of £50K achievable Structured 3-month training programme designed to help you succeed and grow Excellent benefits including pension scheme, free parking, casual dress code, and team incentives Full-time, permanent role Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6pm, based in Oxford What Youll Be Doing Making 60 outbound calls daily to inbound leads, qualifying applicants and booking appointments Using systems confirm meetings and keep candidates engaged Maintaining accurate CRM records to ensure smooth handover to the Consultant team
