Position: Outbound Sales Manager (Permanent)
Outbound Sales Manager – Oxford

What’s in it for you?

* Competitive base salary of £35,000 per annum (£673 per week) plus uncapped commission with double OTE of £70,000+ (£1,346+ per week)

Your responsibilities will include:

* Leading and coaching three outbound sales teams with regular 1:1s and development plans

* Driving consistent achievement of KPIs and sales targets while fostering a positive, accountable culture

* Supporting your teams to manage pipelines and develop innovative lead generation strategies

* Analysing sales data to identify trends and improve team performance

* Collaborating with company Directors to align sales outcomes with strategic goals

What we’re looking for:

* Minimum 3-5 years’ experience leading internal sales teams, ideally in recruitment or telesales

* Proven track record in coaching, motivating, and delivering high-performing teams

* Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills

* Strong commercial awareness with data-driven decision-making ability

* Confidence working in fast-paced, target-driven environments

* Ability to commute to the Oxford office (role is not remote)
