Assistant Store Manager

Overview

We re recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for a premium menswear boutique in Oxford. This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail Assistant Store Manager who enjoys leading by example, coaching teams to exceed targets, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You ll play a key role in driving sales, maximising KPIs, and creating a positive, high-energy store environment. The role requires flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays.

• Coach and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and KPIs
• Deliver first-class customer service and maintain a winning team culture
• Support product knowledge and sales training across the team
• Oversee daily store operations, administration, and compliance
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and security procedures
• Support stock management, visual standards, and operational excellence

• Previous experience as a Assistant Store Manger, Supervisor or Key Holder in a retail environment
• Passionate about customer service and team development
• Confident coaching and improving individual KPI performance
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance sales and service
• Experience with stock management, operations, and visual merchandising
