As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

• Customer Service – Deliver an exceptional customer experience, helping customers find the perfect product and complete their purchase at the till.
• Brand Bra Experience – Provide our brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on size and suitable styles.
• Visual Merchandising – Own the merchandising and presentation of products, helping customers find what they need and discover new items.
• Store Standards – Maintain store standards front and back, manage deliveries, replenish stock, support loss prevention and adhere to health & safety procedures.

• Passion for retail – Enthusiastic about retail, front or back of house, committed to creating a alat unique experience for every customer.
• Love the customer – Keen to develop customer‑service skills and product knowledge, eager to learn through our training programmes.
