As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

• Customer Service – deliver an exceptional customer experience, from assisting customers to find the perfect product to completing their purchase at the till.
• Brand Bra Experience – provide the brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on their size and the styles that suit them best.
• Visual Merchandising – own the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers find what they need and discover new items.
• Store Standards – maintain store standards, manage deliveries and stock replenishment, support loss prevention and adhere to health & safety procedures.

• Passion for retail – you love all things retail, front or back of house, and strive to create a unique experience for every customer.
• Love the customer – you are keen to develop your customer service skills and product knowledge, and eager to take part in our learning programmes.
