As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

• Customer Service – deliver an exceptional customer experience, from helping customers find the perfect product to assisting them at the till.
• Brand Bra Experience – provide brand bra fitting, giving customers expert advice on sizing and suitable styles.
• Visual Merchandising – own the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers locate items they need and discover new favourites.
• Store Standards – maintain front‑ and back‑store standards, manage deliveries, replenish stock, support loss prevention and adhere to health & safety procedures.

• Passion for retail – love all aspects of retail, creating a unique experience for every customer.
• Love the customer – keen to develop customer‑service skills and product knowledge.
