Retail Team Leader/Supervisor – Oxford

35 hours per week, £13.00 per hour. Monday to Friday. No weekend working.

Location:

Oxford zone. Multi‑site role covering your designated zone. Own vehicle required.

• Host and customer‑focused, friendly, polite, professional, positive attitude – ambassador for brands.
• Consistently deliver excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards to optimise sales.
• Provide line management support to retail associates, zone escalation support and ad‑hoc expertise.
• Follow operational processes and policies, ensuring an efficient and safe working environment.
• Appointments planned via industry‑leading scheduling system accessed on your mobile phone.

• Supervisory experience in a retail setting – love working in a team and building productive relationships.
• Confident & positive with good interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working unsupervised, following written & visual instructions.
• Great personal presentation as ambassador for our brands.
• Full valid driving licence, access to own vehicle; able to travel efficiently to all locations in zone.
• Device with Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+.
• Confident with mobile software and apps.
