A seasoned, customer‑focused Retail Manager responsible for all aspects of store performance, guiding and motivating a team to deliver outstanding service and drive commercial growth.

• Accountable for overall store performance and delivering a consistently exceptional customer experience.
• Lead by example with strong floor presence and the highest service and operational standards.
• Drive sales productivity by modelling an environment where the team surpasses one transaction per hour.
• Develop and coach staff regularly; focus on KPI achievement and a high‑performance culture.
• Maintain deep product knowledge across all store services—Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store.
• Utilise sales and customer data to inform decisions and enhance the customer journey.
• Participate in management reviews; analyse and implement commercial and operational initiatives.
• Execute People processes—recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and absence management.
• Support the Area Manager and collaborate within the area.
• Oversee seasonal cycles, delivery management and stock handling to minimise loss.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to support the customer experience.

• Retail operations and customer service expertise, with knowledge of fashion trends and inclusive tailoring.
• Data analytics skills to leverage sales insights for store success.
• Experience in creating brand‑aligned visual displays.
• Understanding of retail growth strategies.
