Reporting into the Manager, you will contribute to the overall performance of the CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty account. You will promote key business objectives and KPI’s, ensuring team collaboration to achieve personal and team targets. Your focus will be on delivering expert consultations that immerse clients further into the brand.

• Create an exceptional experience for clients, authentic and tailored to their personal needs
• Contribute to the brand’s growth in the Fragrance market by acting as an ambassador
• Demonstrate the highest level of expertise within Fragrance
• Take the client on a journey to discover the heritage of CHANEL and bring fragrances to life through storytelling
• Build CHANEL’s portfolio of clients through data capture in line with the brand’s expectations
• Drive the sales contribution to the overall performance on the counter
