Reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant with experience in high-volume food preparation and meal service. Committed to maintaining food safety standards, supporting culinary teams, and ensuring a positive dining experience through timely meal delivery.
Food Preparation:
Assisted the Head Chef with daily prep, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and weighing ingredients to ensure consistency. Supported the assembly of plates during peak hours, ensuring high standards of presentation and accuracy. Coordinated the delivery of meals to the dining area, ensuring all orders reached guests promptly and at the correct temperature
