Head Chef

Overview

This is a superb opportunity to join one of Oxford's best-loved restaurant groups. We are seeking a career-oriented, experienced Head Chef to work across our two Mamma Mia restaurants in Summertown & Jericho. Your role will be to support our Exec Chef across both sites in all aspects of menu development and kitchen management. This isn’t all about pizza!! We serve fabulous antipasti, pasta dishes and daily specials that focus on classic Italian cooking.

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team across two sites.
• Support the Exec Chef with menu development and kitchen management.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality food and maintain standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements and uphold the restaurant's Italian cooking style.
• Represent the brand positively and support ongoing anniversary celebrations and initiatives.

• Experience in a similar fast-paced kitchen role with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and develop a team and deliver exceptional food and kitchen operations.
