Key Responsibilities- Preparing & cooking high‑quality dishes within your section.
- Ensuring cleanliness & organisation of your section.
- Complying with health & safety regulations & company code of conduct.
- At least two years’ experience in a similar fast‑paced fresh‑food‑led kitchen.
- Motivated & focused, with a can‑do approach.
- Able to work unsupervised & effective time management.
- Able to run a section in The Perch Inn restaurant kitchen, working alongside our Senior Chefs to ensure delivery of a superb farmhouse‑style menu and maintain high standards.
We freshly prepare and serve proper pub food with a British farmhouse focus, allowing seasonality and quality of ingredients to lead our menus.
