Chef de Partie

Commercial Kitchen specializing in events and volume brasserie style dining within Oxford University campus. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic catering team at a prestigious college in Oxford. This is a full time, permanent position at 37 hours per week. • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to meet our exacting standards
• Manage your section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient service delivery
• Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal menus
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
• Assist in stock control and ordering supplies

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Relevant culinary qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality

Full‑time, 37 hours per week. Shift patterns including weekends, with Christmas and Easter period off plus exceptional holiday allowance.
