Sous Chef salary up to £32k
An experienced Sous Chef is required for a brand new, fine-dinning, Restaurant conveniently situated in the heart of Oxford City. This small restaurant serves up a classical French menu that is executed using the freshest and most premium produce available.
As Sous Chef you will be help to manage all Kitchen operations. The ideal Sous Chef will have at least 2 years experience in a similar position in a high quality kitchen and have a proven record of consistently producing food to at least a Rosette level. Food will be your passion and you will have a good understanding of current food trends.
The Sous Chef will be working alongside the Head Chef and will be fully responsible for all Food Safety and HACCP. This is an inimitable opportunity for the right candidate to join a fun-loving and ambitious team.
