A prestigious research institution in Oxford is seeking a motivated Postdoctoral Research Assistant to study the competition between fungi and bacteria in the mammalian gut. The role involves conducting experiments with
C. albicans and gut bacteria while guiding less experienced members of the team. Candidates should have a nearly completed PhD in microbiology and experience in microbial culturing. This is a fixed-term appointment for 3 years, starting in early 2026 with a salary range of £39,424 to £47,779 per annum.
