Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lettings Negotiator based in Cowley, Oxfordshire. The Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for handling landlord/tenant interactions, promoting properties to prospective tenants, coordinating viewings, managing tenancy agreements, and assisting in property management tasks. The role requires offering outstanding customer service, maintaining strong communication with clients, and building relationships to achieve successful lettings outcomes while adhering to company standards and practices.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of landlord/tenant matters and expertise in estate agency practices is essential.
  • Experience in property management and familiarity with property sector trends are necessary.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in relevant IT systems and tools used in estate and property management is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and on-site work environment.
  • A valid UK driving license is essential.
