Lettings Negotiator – Thame, Oxfordshire

Up to £40,000 Package | 1 in 3 Saturdays | Career Progression

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established and highly regarded Estate Agent based in Thame, Oxfordshire
. Our client prides themselves on combining traditional estate agency values with modern technology to deliver a service that meets today’s demands while building for long-term success.

This role is ideal for a confident and motivated lettings professional with a minimum of 1 year’s experience
, looking to progress their career within a supportive and forward-thinking business.

The Package
  • Overall Package: Up to £40,000

The Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will manage the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and maximising new and existing business opportunities

  • Booking and carrying out property viewings

  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face

  • Working towards and achieving individual and branch targets

  • Negotiating and agreeing offers between landlords and tenants

  • Representing the company in a professional manner at all times

  • Building strong relationships with local landlords, property owners, and investors

The Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a lettings or estate agency role

  • Ambitious, hard-working, and target driven

  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Good knowledge of the local property market (preferred)

  • Enjoys working with the public and delivering excellent customer service

  • Results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed

  • Holds a full, valid UK driving licence

Working Hours
  • Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

  • Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm

  • Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm (1 in 3 Saturdays
    )
