Job Summary andKey Responsibilities:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager to join our East Oxford team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a varied portfolio, building strong relationships, and delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants alike.
You will be responsible for the smooth day‑to‑day management of residential properties, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction at all times.
Duties will include:- Manage a portfolio of residential properties gezamen een from move‑in to move‑out
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, including face‑to‑face interactions
- Handle and resolve property maintenance issues, liaising with contractors as required
- Conduct property inspections and follow up on actions
- Support branch staff with day‑to‑day property management tasks
- Ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Identify opportunities for additional services and upgrades
- Previous experience in property management or a customer‑focused role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Calm, professional and positive under pressure
- Comfortable following procedures and working withinumuance frameworks
- Knowledge of the HMO process in Oxford is desirable but not essential
