Join Us as a Senior QA Officer!

Join our Oxford Radiopharmacy team and help ensure life-changing medicines are produced safely, compliantly, and to the highest international standards. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a highly regulated, technically advanced environment where quality truly matters.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

You will play a central role in maintaining and improving site quality performance by:

  • Ensuring production, analytical methods, and documentation comply with GMP, Specials guidance, and international pharmacopoeia standards
  • Managing and improving key Quality System elements, including Deviations, OOS, CAPA, Change Control, Complaints, Risk Assessments, and trending
  • Supporting batch record review, material release activities, and QP release readiness
  • Maintaining inspection readiness and supporting regulatory inspections and internal self-inspections
  • Overseeing validation documentation and ensuring equipment and processes meet validation master plan requirements
  • Supporting QC and microbiology activities, including environmental monitoring, data review, and OOS investigation
  • Driving data integrity, SOP lifecycle management, and continuous QMS improvement
  • Contributing to quality reviews, site quality culture, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working within Quality Systems in a GMP-regulated environment
  • Strong, current knowledge of EU GMP requirements
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration ability
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strategic mindset with focus on continuous improvement
  • Radiation knowledge (desirable, not essential)
