Quality Control Technician (Raw Materials)

We’re on a mission to enable life‑changing therapies to reach patients around the world. Join our ADQC Team for a 12‑month contract as a Quality Control Technician I (Raw Materials). This onsite role ensures incoming raw materials are tested, released on time, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Carry out routine inspection, testing (as appropriate) and release of incoming raw materials, ensuring quality and time targets are met.
- Complete and maintain Control Plans, Criticality Assessments, Supplier Questionnaires and other documentation to ensure compliance with required standards.
- Represent the QC department in communications with manufacturing, Warehouse & Supply Chain, other QC members and the wider business to ensure on‑time delivery of raw materials to the end user.
- Liaise with suppliers and external testing laboratories, ensuring quality information and test results are provided in a timely manner.
- Prepare shipments of materials to CTOs and other sites.
- Maintain stock control in the laboratory areas.
- GCSE or equivalent qualification level or relevant experience within the role or a similar workplace.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure a high standard of record keeping and documentation.
- Understanding of Quality Management System.
- Basic understanding of GxP regulations.
