Position: Production Days (Contract)
Location: Oxfordshire

Vibe Recruit is working with a leading medical manufacturing organisation in Witney to recruit a Production Operatives to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to play a direct role in the production of medical diagnostic products that make a real difference to global health.

The Role

Working within a modern, highly regulated manufacturing environment, you will support production lines to ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality and compliance standards. Accuracy, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Setting up and monitoring production equipment in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Supporting continuous production flow to meet daily output targets

Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet strict healthcare and regulatory standards

Accurately completing batch documentation and production records (legible handwriting and basic IT skills required)

Working collaboratively with shift colleagues to maintain efficiency and quality

About You

Reliable and committed, with the ability to work a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern

Good written and verbal English for documentation and team communication

Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment

Able to provide a full 5-year reference history (employment, education or other activities) as part of background checks
