We are looking for a Bakery Manager who has a passion to join the GAILs family and to be inspiring to a team by empowering them daily and being their coach through leading by example. You should be motivated by strategic planning and execution in order to deliver great results whilst maintaining our high standards. With no day being the same, you must use problem solving skills and be an accountable leader to manage the changes and challenges each day may bring.

This is a bench manager position - please note that the successful candidate will not be based at a single bakery, but will instead cover and support various bakery locations across the area such as:
Summertown / Witney / Thame or Jericho
