As part of this growth, they are seeking a Project Manager to take responsibility for multiple high-value projects, managing schemes with individual values of up to £20m+. The role offers genuine developer-side exposure, autonomy over delivery, and the opportunity to play a key role in the company’s ongoing expansion.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and driven, confident on site, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders to ensure multi-million-pound projects are delivered efficiently, safely and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects from pre- to post-contract, managing design, commercial and construction objectives.
Provide commercial oversight, including cost monitoring, risk management, and contract administration.
Conduct weekly site walk rounds and monthly project reviews to monitor progress, quality, and programme adherence.
Act as a trusted client-facing representative, coordinating consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Mentor and support the regional delivery team, embedding best-practice processes and standards.
Ensure hands-on engagement on site, proactively resolving issues and driving projects to completion.
Take ownership of multiple high-value projects (£20m+), balancing priorities and ensuring delivery excellence.
Required
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in pre- and post-contract project management on high-value residential projects.
Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience.
Strong commercial awareness, with ability to manage budgets, contracts, and project risks.
Demonstrable ability to take ownership, lead teams, and work autonomously.
Hands-on, with regular site presence and willingness to travel to site in Northampton, Swindon and Oxford.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ambitious, driven, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
