Job title: Deputy Head of Maintenance

Salary: £32,108 - £37,338 per annum, plus an additional allowance of £2,000.pa

Department: Properties & Estates Office

The Maintenance Department is responsible for maintenance of College buildings across the main site at Turl Street, Stevens Close and Herberts Close; together with a handful of other properties including the Boathouse and Squash Courts. The Department also oversees work undertaken by external contractors on our properties.
The successful candidate will form a key part of the small Maintenance team, you will be able to put your hand to most tasks; responding to reports of faults and needs for repair across a diverse range of buildings from Grade I Listed Buildings to recently constructed purpose-built accommodation. The role involves working closely with members of the team, as well as supporting other departments in College with ad hoc requests.

Occasional work at outlying sites will be required.
