North Oxford Garage Motorrad is looking for a Motorcycle Technician.

North Oxford BMW Motorrad is looking for a skilled, passionate Motorcycle Technician to join our workshop team. If you take pride in high-quality workmanship, thrive in a premium-brand environment, and love all things two-wheeled, we’d love to hear from you.

• Basic salary £35,000 – £40,000 pa (based on experience & qualifications)
• Stretch bonus: £2,000 pa
• 40 hours per week, with seasonal hours rotation:
• Summer: 08:00 – 17:30
• Winter: 09:00 – 16:30
• Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturday mornings paid in addition, at standard rate
• Manufacturer training and development opportunities within BMW Motorrad
• A friendly, supportive team and a well-equipped workshop environment

• MOT Testing Certificate
• Strong diagnostic, servicing, and repair skills
• A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer care
• The ability to work efficiently as part of a high-performing team
