Job Summary
We are recruiting currently for counterbalance drivers for our busy client based close to Bicester.
Key Responsibilities- Operate the crane in the control room environment, ensuring safe handling and movement of waste.
- Mix waste materials efficiently while maintaining clean and tidy working conditions.
- Assist in weighbridge operations during the Christmas period, signalling lorries and handling priority traffic.
- Maintain a rotating shift schedule and adhere to working hours.
- Valid, current forklift counterbalance licence (mandatory).
- Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
Rotating pattern each week:
- Early shifts – 7 am to 3:30 pm.
- Late shifts – 10:30 am to 7 pm.
