Adult Social Care Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a bustling local authority, based in Oxfordshire, which is looking for an experienced Adult Social Care Solicitor to join their legal services team on an interim basis.Role: Adult Social Care SolicitorLocation: Oxfordshire - hybrid/remoteUmbrella Rate: £40 - £60 per hourPAYE Inc Rate: £35.40 - £52.79 per hourContract Length: 3 months ongoingKey Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied Adult Social Care law caseload from start to completion.
• Conducting advocacy in court where required.
• Supporting safeguarding, mental capacity and statutory functions in a legal capacity.

Essential Requirements:

• Have 3+ years of PQE in Adult Social Care law as a Solicitor in England and Wales (with a current practicing certificate).
• Practice and Advocacy Rights - essential.
• Previous local authority experience (strongly preferred).
