A leading biotechnology firm is seeking an Associate Director for Website Marketing in Oxford. This role involves leading the website strategy, enhancing customer engagement through effective storytelling, and collaborating with various teams to optimize user experience.
Responsibilities- Lead the website strategy and drive website marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and storytelling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience and site performance.
- Mentor and guide web content and UX efforts in alignment with business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5-7 years of experience in digital content or marketing roles within B2B contexts.
- Experience in website marketing and UX is desirable.
- Hybrid work arrangement: two days on-site in Oxford.
