A growing, multi-site professional services organisation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join its People & Culture team. This is a newly created, permanent role offering genuine scope to shape recruitment strategy, work closely with senior stakeholders, and support continued business growth.

Operating across several offices in Central and Southern England, the organisation places strong emphasis on culture, collaboration, and developing high-performing, diverse teams. This role offers hybrid working, flexibility, and exposure to a broad range of recruitment activity across multiple service lines.

The role reports to the Group Talent Acquisition Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of mid-level roles across both fee-earning and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment Delivery

    Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for part-qualified, newly qualified, and mid-level roles. Partnering with hiring managers to define requirements, agree hiring strategies, and deliver a professional, inclusive candidate experience.

  • Candidate Sourcing

    Using a mix of direct sourcing methods including Linked In Recruiter, specialist job boards, referrals, internal mobility, networking, and agencies. Managing agency relationships, negotiating terms, and monitoring performance.

  • Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Support

    Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and hiring managers. Providing market insight, salary benchmarking, and best-practice guidance. Supporting recruitment integration activity following business growth or acquisitions.

  • Recruitment Operations & Process Improvement

    Owning and maintaining data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, efficiency, consistency, and cost-effectiveness across locations.

  • Compliance, Governance & DEI

    Ensuring recruitment activity complies with employment law, GDPR, and internal governance requirements. Actively promoting inclusive hiring practices.

  • Collaboration & Onboarding

    Working closely with HR, L&D, IT, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure smooth offer management and onboarding, including right-to-work checks, references, and onboarding communications.

This is a hybrid role based on either Oxford or Reading, with occasional travel to other UK offices.

About You

You’ll be an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a background in professional services recruitment.

We’re keen to hear from you if you have:

  • 2+ years' experience in talent acquisition (in-house preferred; agency candidates must have relevant sector exposure)
  • Confidence managing multiple mid-level vacancies end to end
  • Experience using an ATS (any system considered)
  • Strong sourcing skills using Linked In Recruiter and specialist job boards
  • The ability to manage volume recruitment across multiple locations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft 365 essential; design or recruitment tech exposure beneficial)
  • Familiarity with how AI tools can support recruitment efficiency
  • A flexible, adaptable approach and strong organisational skills
  • A full UK driving licence (for occasional travel)
  • A degree and/or HR qualification (CIPD Level 3/5 or similar) is desirable but not essential
